A Master's degree in a related field or professional certifications in data management or data privacy.Practical experience with a metadata management platform or metastore engine (such as AWS Glue, Collibra, Databricks Unity, etc.).A deep understanding of Data Privacy Standards and Procedures, particularly GDPR.Proficiency in using modern Data Warehouse query engines, such as AWS Athena, Snowflake and/or Databricks.Experience with authentication and authorisation procedures on AWS services is a must.Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role involving data management, data governance, or data security.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.Guide the Data Engineering team to design and implement data privacy controls.

Designing and implementing technical policies for user groups to adhere to, administering groups and organizational units in the system to correspond to business units and teams requiring similar access levels, auditing user access and activities in order to tune and adapt policies.

They will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, implementing and altering policies in the data landscape using relevant tools that the Data infrastructure team has deployed.

The Data Administrator will be implementing Data Governance policies with regards to security, access control (authentication, authorisation), data privacy, data quality, metadata management.

The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with our Chief Data and AI Officer and other members of the data team to ensure that data privacy policies are being followed and that the company is in compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR.

In this role, the Data Administrator will work closely with various departments to collect, prepare, organise, protect, and analyse data assets while ensuring that the company meets industry best practices for data quality and governance.

The Data Administrator will play a critical role in supporting our mission by ensuring that data governance policies are in place to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our clients' data.
